Vin is responsible for the administration of the estates, trusts and financial needs of high net-worth families, institutional clients and corporations to help them achieve their financial and legacy goals. Vin is also actively involved in the administration of 401(k) accounts, pension accounts, and other employee benefit accounts.


He has more than 20 years combined experience in the banking, law and not-for-profit sectors, distinguished by a deep understanding of trust administration and fiduciary responsibility. Prior to joining the Washington Trust Company, Vin held trust administration and fiduciary roles at Bank of America and Citizens Bank.


He holds a Bachelor of Arts from John Carroll University and a law degree from Loyola University of Chicago School of Law in addition to studying at the American Bankers Association National Trust School.


A resident of Rhode Island, Vin is a member of the Rhode Island Bar Association, board member of the Providence Public Buildings Authority, past board member of AIDS Orphan Care and past board member and treasurer of the Brown/Fox Point Early Childhood Education Center of Providence, and former president of the Fox Point/East Side Little League.
