Lynn is responsible for the administration and management of trust and investment relationships at Washington Trust Wealth Management. She works closely with high net-worth families, institutional clients, and corporations to help them achieve their financial and legacy goals. As Fiduciary Officer, Lynn reviews trust and estate documents, provides legal analysis for internal fiduciary operations, and drafts fiduciary policies, procedures, and best practices for trust and estate administration.
Lynn has more than 20 years of experience in the legal and financial industries with specific expertise in wealth preservation, asset transfer, charitable giving, business succession and estate and gift tax planning issues. Lynn maintains her long-standing memberships to the Rhode Island, Massachusetts and Federal District Court Bar Associations. She also serves as a member of the RI Bar Association Probate and Trust Committee. Prior to joining Washington Trust, Lynn was a Trusts and Estates Attorney with Orson & Brusini, Ltd.
Lynn holds a Juris Doctor degree from Roger Williams School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
A Rhode Island resident, Lynn is involved with many nonprofit and community organizations. She is currently a volunteer at Barrington Public Schools, where she also previously served as the Chair of the “Green Team,” a composting and recycling initiative. Lynn is a former Director of the Barrington Land Trust, former member of the Save the Bay Legal Committee, and is an avid supporter of both the Audubon Society of Rhode Island and Blithewold Estate.
