Cristina oversees the administration of trust and investment relationships at Washington Trust Wealth Management, including legacy trusts, retirement accounts, and assets for high-net-worth individuals and families. She also leads the estate settlement team, managing probate reviews and directing the administration of estates where Washington Trust serves as personal representative.
Cristina has practiced law for more than 30 years and most recently was partner at a Rhode Island law firm where she provided comprehensive counsel in real estate transactions, elder law, probate, business succession planning, and nonprofit compliance. Cristina’s expertise spans complex estate planning, estate and trust administration, tax strategies, and organizational governance, making her a trusted advisor to individuals, families, and businesses.
Cristina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Chemistry from Rhode Island College and earned her Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire School of Law. She also completed the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses Program in 2018.
Cristina is an active member of the Rhode Island community, serving on the Executive Board of the Greater Newport Chamber of Commerce and the Board of Directors for ACT (formerly Aquidneck Community Table) in Newport. She also contributes her expertise as a member of the Salve Regina University Department of Business and Economics Advisory Board.
