Ron has been with Weston Financial since 2008. He works directly with high net-worth clients and their various advisors to design, implement, and monitor customized financial plans. He is passionate about helping clients and their families efficiently meet their goals through a combination of investment, tax, and estate planning decisions. Ron is a voting member of the Advisor’s Investment Committee.
Ron is a CFP® practitioner and has achieved the CLU® designation. Prior to joining Weston Financial, he was employed with the John Hancock Financial Network where he worked as an investment advisor representative creating and implementing financial plans for clients. During his time at Weston, he previously served as vice president and assistant portfolio manager to New Century Alternative Strategies Portfolio.
Ron is a graduate of Assumption College (B.A. in marketing with a minor in theology).
Ron is involved with the Ron Burton Training Village, a summer camp with the mission of enriching the lives of challenged youth in the areas of dynamic character and leadership development, physical fitness, social and educational advancement, and spiritual growth. Ron is an avid golfer and can be found from spring to fall at client and other charitable golf tournaments.
