Mark is responsible for overseeing the registered investment advisor’s client service teams and business activities, including client experience delivery, business strategy, and operations within Washington Trust Wealth Management. Mark helps to counsel clients in all areas of wealth management, including providing financial, investment, estate, insurance and tax planning services to high net-worth individuals and their families as well as designing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive wealth management plans.

Mark has more than 30 years of experience in financial investments and wealth management and has held investments and leadership roles at organizations such as Plimoth Investment Advisors, Citizens Bank and Bainco International Advisors in the Greater Boston area. Mark previously served as Senior Vice President and Managing Director of Weston Financial Group.
Mark is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional and a CFA® charter holder. He holds an MBA from Boston College and a bachelor’s degree from Bryant College. Mark also holds credentials from the American Bankers Association’s National Trust School at Northwestern University.
A Massachusetts resident, Mark is actively involved in the communities that Washington Trust serves. He is a Board Member and Finance Committee Member of Child and Family Services. He also volunteers his time with the Duxbury Food Bank and My Brother's Keeper and is a former member of the Duxbury Finance Committee. Mark is also a member of the CFA Institute, the Boston Security Analysts Society, the Financial Planning Association, and is a voting member of the Advisor’s Investment Committee.
